General Information
This website is owned and operated by Abiding OT, located in Mississippi.
The content on this site is for informational and educational purposes only.
Nothing on this website constitutes medical, occupational therapy, or professional advice unless explicitly stated.
Services Provided
Abiding OT offers three primary categories of services:
A. Pediatric Occupational Therapy Services
Provided by a licensed and registered occupational therapist
Offered in accordance with state licensure rules
Only initiated after an evaluation and informed consent
Not billed to insurance at this time
B. Athlete Performance Coaching
A neuro-informed, skills-based coaching model
Not occupational therapy, not healthcare, and not clinical treatment
Does not include evaluation, diagnosis, or medical documentation
Athletes must obtain medical clearance as needed
C. Coach Education Courses
A neuro-informed, skills-based coaching framework
These three service categories are distinct.
Participating in Athlete Performance Coaching does not establish an OT therapist–client relationship.

Payments & Refunds
Payment policies may vary depending on the service type:
Pediatric OT
Payment is due at time of service unless otherwise arranged
Packages must be paid in full or according to agreed-upon payment plans
No refunds for completed sessions
Athlete Coaching
Payments are required upfront or via approved payment plans
Due to the nature of coaching and the scheduling involved, all sales are final
Missed sessions may be rescheduled at the provider’s discretion but are not refundable
Online course products or digital downloads (e.g., Rooted Resilience) are non-refundable once accessed.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
To respect our time and other families:
Pediatric OT sessions must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance
Athlete coaching sessions must be canceled at least 12 hours in advance
Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged the full session fee
Repeated cancellations may result in discontinuation of services.
Limitation of Liability
By using this website or participating in services, you agree that Abiding OT is not liable for:
Injury resulting from misuse of exercises or recommendations
Technical issues with the website
Errors, interruptions, or delays in service
Actions taken based on general educational information on this website
Pediatric OT services follow clinical standards.
Athlete coaching is non-clinical and involves movement-based activities—participants assume responsibility for appropriate physical readiness.
