Hi, I’m Bryson Rial, OTD, OTR/L, founder of Abiding OT.
I’m a pediatric occupational therapist, athlete performance coach, and, most recently, an assistant high school soccer coach with a deep love for helping people grow through connection, movement, and meaningful experiences.
In my OT work, I’ve supported children with sensory processing differences, emotional regulation needs, developmental delays, Autism, ADHD, and more. I believe in the power of play, the healing potential of nature, and the importance of equipping parents with simple, effective tools they can use at home. My approach is relational, evidence-based, and rooted in faith — and grounded in the belief that people thrive when they feel safe, seen, and supported.
As a former college athlete and current coach, I’m also passionate about the mental side of performance. I combine my understanding of the nervous system with sport-specific training to help athletes build confidence, sharpen focus, and perform with consistency under pressure. Through 1:1 coaching and group workshops, I support athletes who want to become more grounded, resilient, and mentally tough.
Abiding OT has three branches of support:
Pediatric Occupational Therapy
Athlete Performance Programs
Coach Education Course
Each branch of my work reflects one guiding principle:
When the nervous system is supported, the whole person performs better — in daily life, in sport, and in relationships.
